Everest Academy: Forms/Fee Schedule

We know that money does not grow on trees or fall from the sky, and most of us do not have money to burn. Keeping that in mind, Everest Academy has made every effort to keep fees reasonable and with no monthly payments.

FEE SCHEDULE

Enrollment Fee – $200 per family due at the time of enrollment. There are no pro-rated fees, and all fees are nonrefundable. Enrollment Addition - Adding a child during the middle of the year or after initial enrollment $20 per child.

Re-Enrollment Fee - You can find more information about re-enrollment here. Fees are as follows each year.

Early Bird March 1 through May 31: $90 per family
Postmarked June 1 - July 15: $100 per family
Postmarked July 16 - August 31: $150 per family
Postmarked after August 31: $200 per family

School Records - The school records sent to Everest Academy from your last attended school are the property of the parent/guardian of the child. We will send them to you at your written request at no charge as part of your initial enrollment. Please fill out the Request for School Records Form.

Student I.D. & Teacher I.D. - FREE!!! These can be used for different discounts in a variety of stores and venues. Just send a self-addressed stamped envelope and a note with the number/kind of I.D. you would like. These cards have basic Everest Academy info on them. You can add whatever you would like, including a picture, and then laminate. I.D.s are for Everest Academy families ONLY.

Transcript Fee (other than graduating transcript) - $20.00 with a 2-week notice/$40.00 with less than a 2-week notice. Please look here for more transcript information.
