Geocaching - You may have heard of geocaching (pronounced geo-cashing, like cashing a check), an adventure game used with a GPS. Many families are finding it a fun way to explore not only new areas, but to have fun locally in a new way. "The basic idea is to have individuals and organizations set up caches all over the world and share the locations of these caches on the internet. GPS users can then use the location coordinates to find the caches. Once found, a cache may provide the visitor with a wide variety of rewards." If the visitor takes a reward from the cache they are simply asked to replace it with something. Rewards are not valuable and could be anything from stickers to a trackable reward, which adds a new dimension by allowing users to follow the progress of the reward as it is picked up and left at other locations.
