Everest Academy is sponsored by Everest Family Ministry in the Birmingham Metro Area. We offer freedom along with quality resources, information, activities and support to those homeschooling in Alabama. We believe that the parent has the best interests of their children at heart. We believe that the parent is the first and only teacher that a child needs. In keeping with this philosophy, we wish to be a very hands-off cover school and allow the parent to lead and guide their children in the direction and at the pace they feel is best suited to their children. We ask only for what the law requires while offering support along with quality resources to aid families in their efforts.

2nd & 4th Mondays: Homeschool Nerf Club meet-ups

Do your kids love playing with Nerf guns?

Join the Homeschool Nerf Club and meet-up with other homeschoolers to hang out and play with your Nerf!

The Club will meet on the 2nd Monday of each month from 1:00-3:00pm at Heardmont Park on Hwy 119 in Hoover.

The Club will meet on the 4th Monday of each month from 1:00-3:00pm at Leeds Memorial Park on Hwy 119 in Leeds.

The Homeschool Nerf Club is sponsored by Everest Academy but is open to all homeschoolers. All ages are welcome to participate, but it will be geared primarily to ages 8 and up.
Bring your own Nerf guns, ammo, accessories and safety glasses (optional). 

 BE SURE TO CLEARLY LABEL EVERY SINGLE ITEM & ACCESSORY YOU BRING!!
All unlabeled items, including darts, will be added to the "club collection" for use at future meet-ups.

A Nerf Club Facebook group has been created to help notify everyone of any changes to  dates/locations and to make suggestions regarding the activities. It is highly recommended that everyone join the group for notifications about any last minute changes, especially due to the crazy AL weather!
