Everest Academy is a ministry of Everest Family Church in Hayden. We offer freedom along with quality resources, information, activities and support to those homeschooling in Alabama. We believe that the parent has the best interests of their children at heart. We believe that the parent is the first and only teacher that a child needs. In keeping with this philosophy, we wish to be a very hands-off cover school and allow the parent to lead and guide their children in the direction and at the pace they feel is best suited to their children. We ask only for what the law requires while offering support along with quality resources to aid families in their efforts.

I beg of you to please read and understand the following before filling out the paperwork:


Please note our office is open Monday - Thursday.  Any payments or paperwork received after 5:00 p.m. on Thursday will be processed the following week.

Important:  After making payment, Everest Academy will email (not mail) you the Enrollment Packet to fill out.  We check email several times a day, so you should not have to wait long to get the link directly from Everest Academy.  If you have not received the Enrollment Packet from us within 24 hours, please make sure to check your spam folder and then contact Everest Academy at  everestacademy1@gmail.com or 205.433.9828 and include your name and phone number so that we can call you back if needed.  

Please note:  After you sign the forms, Everest Academy will also sign off on them the next time we check email (within 24 hours - usually within a few hours).  If you have not received your signed forms within 24 hours (Monday - Thursday), please make sure to check your spam folder and then contact Everest Academy.  

The Enrollment Packet includes all of the paperwork you need to enroll including the Church School Enrollment Form which you give the local Board of Education Superintendent and the Request for School Records Form you will give to the last school your child attended.  After you fill out the Enrollment Packet and we sign off on it, it will all come back to you via email.  At that time, you will print it out and forward copies to the BOE and the last school of attendance.  Full in instructions will be provided within the Enrollment Packet.  


FYI:  You do not have to have a Paypal account to use your debit/credit card.  Paypal WILL NOT accept the pre-paid cards like the ones you purchase at Wal-Mart.

Important!  The paperwork will be sent to the email address that you provide to Paypal.  



New Enrollment ($200.00 lasting from time of enrollment through May 31 regardless of date of enrollment)
 

Enrollment Addition: Please note this option is for families who are already enrolled and adding an additional child.  The fee is $20 to add on children regardless to the number of children you are adding.
