Free Thanksgiving Resources and Free Virtual Field Trip to The First Thanksgiving at Plimoth Plantation

Thanksgiving
America celebrates Thanksgiving Day next week, on November 25th.  This week, you'll want to educate your students on the holiday.  Scholastic has created a beautiful website on The First Thanksgiving, complete with lesson plans, printables, videos, a virtual voyage on the Mayflower and more. They also have a free virtual field trip ready for us!
November 16th, at 1pm EST, you can take a free live, 30-minute virtual field trip to meet a Pilgrim and a Wampanoag at Plimoth Plantation.  View this video for more details:
