Enrollment Paperwork

Please do not fill out the paperwork until you have read and understood the following:

• Please read the Everest Academy Handbook.
• If you will be homeschooling a high schooler, you will also need to read the Everest Academy High School Handbook.  

Payment

You will make payment and fill out paperwork online.  Payment can be made using a credit card, debit card, or Paypal account.  You do not have to have a Paypal account to use the button below.  Once we receive payment, we will send you links and instructions to complete the paperwork.  Please note that you should receive paperwork within 24 hours Monday - Friday.  If you make payment after 5:00 on Thursday, you will not receive the paperwork until Monday.  If you do not receive the paperwork within that time frame, please do contact us.

Please note if using the Paypal cart that your paperwork will go to the email address you provide with your payment.  Most times when someone does not get their paperwork it is because the paperwork has been sent to the email address attached to their Paypal account instead of their primary email address.
