Please note: You DO NOT need to send in any forms to your local Board of Education for re-enrollment. That is a procedure you only have to do at the time of initial enrollment.
Important!!!! If you haven't already, please make sure to fill out the on-line re-enrollment form found here. This is not the same as making payment. Your re-enrollment is not complete until you fill out this form. Please fill out the online form even if you printed a form out and mailed it in. Everest is striving to go to an electronic filing system. Please make sure to fill out only one form for the WHOLE FAMILY not one form per child.

Adding on a New Student? If you are adding a new student to your enrollment this year, don't forget to sign the proper forms. Please click on the number of children you are ADDING to your enrollment for the year:

Make sure to forward a signed copy of the new Church School Enrollment Form to your local Board of Education Superintendent (addresses found here).

Withdrawal - If you decide at some point to put your child back into either the public or private school setting, please follow the procedure found here. Please do not just put your child in another school without going through the withdrawal process. This causes issues for your new school, Everest Academy, and your children. VERY IMPORTANT: You cannot legally be enrolled in two schools at one time. When you enroll in another school, you legally withdrew yourself from Everest Academy. If you wish to return to Everest, you will need to go back through the new enrollment procedure found here including paying the enrollment fee: http://www.alabamahomeschooling.com/p/enrollment.html.
