We believe that the parent is the first and only teacher that a child needs. In keeping with this philosophy, we wish to be a very hands-off cover school and allow the parent to lead and guide their children in the direction and at the pace they feel is best suited to their children. Lichens and Mosses and Rocks, Oh My!

Saturday, January 21st from 10am until Noon
at Moss Rock Preserve in Hoover

Did you know Beatrix Potter (Peter Rabbit author) discovered lichens?  Learn this and other fun facts with Fresh Air Family Biologist, Carl Sloan. He will lead adventurers on an exploratory walk through this nature preserve with dramatic bolder formations. Watch for rock climbers!
