Celebrated Civil War speaker and historian, Tim Kent, will be at the Books-A-Million on North Memorial Parkway Huntsville, AL from 12 to 4 P.M. sharing his knowledge of local Civil War history and signing his latest book, Die Like Men.

Tim Kent is a Civil War Historian & first sergeant with the 26th Alabama infantry re-enactment group. His interest in the Civil War began when he was six and he has been studying it ever since.  In addition to authoring his own books, he has assisted other authors in researching material for their books and was involved with the Wide Awake Films Civil War documentaries at Perryville. Tim is a much sought after speaker on Civil War History. Once you meet him you will understand why! His love for history is contagious! 

Tim's latest book, Die Like Men, is about the Tennessee Battle of Franklin. This gripping story will take the reader through the invasion from Florence, Alabama to Nashville and provide insight into the colorful personalities of the leading participants.
