In keeping with this philosophy, we wish to be a very hands-off cover school and allow the parent to lead and guide their children in the direction and at the pace they feel is best suited to their children. June 14, Oneonta, Cherokee & Creek Indian Tribe Demonstration

FREE!!! Chief Rita Skelton, one of three chiefs of the Cherokee Indian Tribe of Northeast Alabama, will present a program on the culture of the Cherokee & Creek Indians who lived in Blount County and Alabama before European settlement. There will be 2 sessions on Thurs. June 14th. 1st: 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM & 2nd: 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM. They will be open to the public (children & adults). Both sessions will be held at The Depot on Hwy 75 N in Oneonta. The presentations will include a demonstration of axe-throwing & bow-and-arrow marksmanship. Hope to see you there!
