My name is Angela Baldwin. I am the owner of FOR YOUR HOMESCHOOL. I'd like to introduce myself so you can personally connect with who I am and how this website came into existence.
As a current homeschooling mom I understand the demands for quality educational resources to fit a tight budget. The need to sell your items without losing close to 1/2 of the product sales price was important to me as well. I wanted to create a site that was easy to use, specific toward our community, as well as inexpensive to sell your personal items.
Creating a selling community that offered an easy to figure cost to sell without getting a calculator out for each product. Giving the seller control to work personally with the buyer, as well as the freedoms to choose what payments you accept, what shipping service you offer without being charged is a basic right.
The homeschooling community all have a common bond. We all want the best education for our children. We provide and choose our own curriculum and want to be frugal in purchasing the educational needs of our children. After attending many used curriculum sales, participating in homeschool consignment bookstores I chose to create a quality online community.
I graduated in 1990 from Hannibal La Grange University in Hannibal Mo. and reside in the St. Louis area. My degree was in Child Development and I wanted to be the best mom and wanted to stay home with my children. Currently I am a single mom who attends a Momentum, a non denominational church here in the St Louis area. I'm not looking to become rich, just provide for my family my basic needs. I have 5 children. Alicia 25, Jacob 19, Krista 16, Ella Rose 9, and Alexander 7, as well as a grandson named Brixon. A Financial Peace University graduate, I support my children by reselling children's items which is how the business was born so I can enjoy my children and homeschool.
