Make an entire day of it at the Museums this Fourth of July! Bring your own lunches, drinks and snacks, and a blanket or quilt, and enjoy an old fashioned Fourth of July picnic on the grounds. Lovely gardens and trails surround the Museums, and are open to the public dawn to dusk at no charge. While outside, take a peek at Anniston Museum’s newest addition, located at the back left corner of the building: a rainwater collection and recycling project that funded by Legacy, Inc. It’s just another step in the Museum’s continuing effort to “go green,” protect our valuable resources and educate families and the community on conservation.
