Lipscomb Fire and Rescue would like to invite you to be a part of our Exploring program for young people who are interested in careers in firefighting and healthcare. Exploring is an informative, hands-on program that will allow you to experience for yourself a variety of career possibilities in our industry.
You are invited to attend our First Nighter Meeting at Lipscomb Fire Department Station # 1, located at 5512 ½ Ave H, Lipscomb, AL 35020, on Monday, October 8th, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. to learn what firefighting and healthcare Exploring has to offer, and to learn how you can join this group.
You are welcome to bring a friend, and your parents are also welcome. If you decided to join during this First Nighter Meeting, we will collect a registration fee of $15, which is the annual enrollment for Exploring, As an Explorer, you will also learn important skills such as team building, public speaking, and time management, all while you learn more about a career area that interest you.
