Everest Academy is sponsored by Everest Family Ministry in the Birmingham Metro Area. We offer freedom along with quality resources, information, activities and support to those homeschooling in Alabama. We believe that the parent has the best interests of their children at heart. We believe that the parent is the first and only teacher that a child needs. In keeping with this philosophy, we wish to be a very hands-off cover school and allow the parent to lead and guide their children in the direction and at the pace they feel is best suited to their children. We ask only for what the law requires while offering support along with quality resources to aid families in their efforts.

SPECIAL EVENTS
  • FREE pancakes and hot cocoa, of course!
    Fuel up for the day with food, 8-10AM.
  • Visit and take photos with Santa (take your
    own photo or purchase from the professional photographer) - just in time for the holidays, 8AM-NOON.
  • Sing-a-long storytelling - Listen to holiday classics come alive through song at 9, 10,
    and 11AM!

  • Art activities - create a holiday card for someone special.
  • Bart's ArtVenture - explore our newest gallery just for families (open from 10AM-5PM).

BART THE ART BAT IS HERE!

We are very excited to announce that our Museum family mascot, Bart, is now real! Our playful and happy puppet will help bring art to life for all our young visitors. Meet and hug Bart at his BMA premiere from 10AM-NOON at Rockwell's Rockin' Pancake Extravaganza!
