New winter home school program
is now open for registration!
Beginning Thursday, January 3, 2013, the U.S. Space & Rocket Center is offering a new five-week home school program where students explore the exciting history and technology of space travel. Participants learn how manned space travel has evolved, explore the elements required to live and work in space, build and launch rockets and design an ablative heat shield. These programs are recommended for children ages 9 through 14. Tuition for this session is $99 and programs will run from 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. each Thursday.
