In keeping with this philosophy, we wish to be a very hands-off cover school and allow the parent to lead and guide their children in the direction and at the pace they feel is best suited to their children. Feb. 11 & April 15, Bham: McWane Homeschool Labs


Feb. 11
Dissection Lab
We are breaking the lab into 3 sections; 1st-5th, 6th-8th, 9th-12th. In the 1st-5th labs we will dissect an owl pellet and a flower and introduce our young scientists to the techniques and vocabulary of dissection without all of the eewwww! In our 6th-8th grade lab we will dissect an earthworm and a frog and in our high school lab we will dissect a cow eye and a shark. All of these experiences are sure to be unforgettable.
 
April 15
Robotics Lab
On April 15th we are offering a robotics lab for 1st-6th from 1-2:30 and a session for  7th-12th grade from 3:00-4:30. We will utilize the LEGO We-Do and NXT robotics for these sessions.
 
All of or labs have a limited capacity and cost $12.00 per student for members and $15 per student for non-members.
 
Spots fill up quickly so call 714-8414 to reserve your spot!
