Civil War Living History

Time: 11:00am (arrive 10:45am)

Details: Students will have the opportunity to see demonstrations of Infantry, Calvary, and artillery. They will also have the opportunity to participate in drill activities and learn about civil war soldier’s flags and uniforms, what soldiers carried in the field, and how they lived. All grade levels are welcome.
*Please Note* This is a special time for our group. The 11 am start time is the latest they could start our program. So that means we will overlap with the school groups for part of the event, then they will depart on busses @ 1:30p.
Please bring your own sack lunch. At 1:30p, we will eat under the pavillion, & then resume our stations @ 2pm. There are a total of 12 stations & we will spend approximately 15 mins at each station. These will be hands on activities, with civil war period actors interacting with everyone.
Cost: $5.00 per person (adults & children) ~ 3yo & under are free
