In keeping with this philosophy, we wish to be a very hands-off cover school and allow the parent to lead and guide their children in the direction and at the pace they feel is best suited to their children. Seed to Plate Lesson: Bugs 
Is this a good bug or a bad bug?

Date: Wednesday, March 20
Time: 12:00-2:30pm (arrive 11:45am)

 Location: Jones Valley Teaching Farm
Gardens of Park Place, 701 25th Street North, Bham, AL 35203

Details:  The kids will learn about good bugs and bad bugs in the field. They are given magnifying lenses to find bugs. Then, we will discuss good bacteria in our body, and the foods that provide our digestive system with the beneficial bacterial. This will be appropriate for grades K-8th.

 Cost: $7.00/person

 Sign-up & Payment Deadline: March 14
