Beginning Monday, March 4th, Railroad Park kicks off it’s 2013 Get Healthy on the Railroad program. The hugely popular weeknight exercise classes arefree, and open to the public.
Classes will start at 6 pm, and will be offered Monday through Friday with a different exercise class available each night. Classes will run every week through October 31st. Grab a friend or go solo, but take advantage of this fabulous free program, and start enjoying healthy outdoor living in Birmingham!
- Mondays – Crunk Fitness is a fun, high-energy, hip-hop dance workout for all levels.
- Tuesdays - The BOOTCAMP Group Experience.
- Wednesday – Zumba is a Latin inspired dance fitness class.
- Thursday – Yoga is a form of exercise that strengthens and tones the body.
- Fridays – Happy Feet Fridays (walking and running techniques to help improve your workout).
