I started our homeschool journey several years ago when I took my sixth and tenth grade children out of public school. I was so disappointed in the education they were getting. I know some classrooms can have up to thirty or more students, but I don't understand how so many are promoted from one grade to another without noticing that some don't know math facts and some can barely read. I am very happy that I made that choice. My two younger children have never been to public school, and I can really tell the difference. We are blessed to be a part of the Everest Academy family. So many people are always commenting on how smart and polite my children are. My children have fun learning everyday and enjoy going deeper into subjects, with so many choices. We love that we can go as fast or slow as we want to . Being able to homeschool is such a wonderful blessing!
