Everest Academy is a ministry of Everest Family Church in Hayden. We offer freedom along with quality resources, information, activities and support to those homeschooling in Alabama. We believe that the parent has the best interests of their children at heart. We believe that the parent is the first and only teacher that a child needs. In keeping with this philosophy, we wish to be a very hands-off church "cover" school and allow the parent to lead and guide their children in the direction and at the pace they feel is best suited to their children. We ask only for what the law requires while offering support along with quality resources to aid families in their efforts.

Dec. 11, Huntsville: The Nutcracker

Dear Homeschool Families,

We are pleased to invite your homeschooled elementary students to the Huntsville Ballet Company's performance of The Nutcracker at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, December 11th.

Admission is a non-refundable fee of $5.00 per seat. Payment in cash or check (written to Community Ballet Association) can be mailed or brought to 800 Regal Drive, Huntsville, AL 35801.

Since this is also a county wide field trip option for the third grade students of the public schools, space is limited and reservations are required before November 20. Please limit reservations to elementary school aged students and necessary chaperones.

Parking is located across from the VBC. Please meet your group in front of the Concert Hall by 8:15 in order to get seated before the large public school groups arrive. Please be sure your group arrives on time if they would like to be seated together. We unfortunately cannot save any seats once your group is seated. If any patron in your party will require handicap accessible seating, please advise me prior to your arrival. For any questions, or to make reservations, please contact me at cathycurry@huntsvilleballet.org. Feel free to extend this invite to any other area homeschoolers that you know. We look forward to seeing you all!

Thank you,
Cathy Curry
