Science Class will be FRIDAY, September 25th at 2pm
Hosted by Autauga Public Library, and led by former Teacher, Mrs. Susan Akins, we're starting the school year with a new time, 2pm, and exciting additions to science class. You are cordially invited to jump right in when you're comfortable. In addition each month will focus on a different BRANCH of science, hands-on EXPERIMENTS, and monthly entertaining LECTURES; this year we will also explore a different inventor each month, more extensive experiments, Science CRAFTS, and HANDS-ON LEARNING. As always, REFRESHMENTS will be provided. We will also have a CURRICULUM SWAP available at each meeting for everyone to bring and trade.
2015-2016 Science class will start September 25th at 2pm, Marbury Public Library (address below). Focus will be ANIMAL SCIENCE, featured inventor will be LOUIS PASTEUR, topics- RABIES, CANDLING (Candling is a method used in embryology to study the growth and development of an embryo inside an egg), and ANIMAL HEROES. There will also be LIVE ANIMALS to study & interact with.
