Everest Academy is a ministry of Everest Family Church in Hayden. We offer freedom along with quality resources, information, activities and support to those homeschooling in Alabama. We believe that the parent has the best interests of their children at heart. We believe that the parent is the first and only teacher that a child needs. In keeping with this philosophy, we wish to be a very hands-off church "cover" school and allow the parent to lead and guide their children in the direction and at the pace they feel is best suited to their children. We ask only for what the law requires while offering support along with quality resources to aid families in their efforts.

Good Morning Counselors,
 
I wanted to take a moment to share our upcoming fall PREVIEW DAY opportunities for prospective students. These days are designed for prospective students of any ages. Students can register to attend Preview Day through this link: http://tinyurl.com/GSCCPreviewDay

The agenda will be identical at each event and we believe the information will be beneficial for all prospective students.
 
Our office is texting and emailing this information out to any of your students who have filled out an interest form at the college fair. Our Enrollment Specialists are available to promote this in your schools, but also I wanted to share it with you as well, in case you would like to promote it.
 
Finally, be on the lookout soon for a invitation to our 2018 Counselor Day in January. We appreciate each of you and all the hard work you put in to support your students and promoting Gadsden State opportunities.
