The school year ends every year on May 31 regardless of your date of enrollment. Each year a family must fill out and send in the re-enrollment form sometime between March 1 and August 15, including the fee for the upcoming school year. Re-enrollments not postmarked by August 15 will not be accepted (You will need to go back through the new enrollment process instead). Please inform Everest Academy if you plan to enroll somewhere else as we are required by Alabama Law to send an official letter stating that you are no longer enrolled in Everest Academy.
Please note that there are NO REFUNDS after you pay re-enrollment fees. The longer you wait to re-enroll, the more it costs. Make sure to enroll during the Early Bird time frame to get the best pricing.
- Early Bird Re-enrollment: Postmarked March 1 - April 30: $90 per family
- Regular Re-enrollment: Postmarked May 1 - May 31: $100 per family
- Late Re-enrollment: Postmarked June 1 - June 30: $125 per family
- Really Late Re-enrollment: Postmarked July 1 - July 31: $150 per family
- Ridiculously Late Re-enrollment Postmarked August 1 - August 15: $175 per family
- NO re-enrollments will be accepted after August 15. Please note a notice goes into the BOE for all students who do not re-enroll. Please do not suffer truancy issues because you forget to re-enroll your child. You can go through the new enrollment process after Aug. 15 upon approval.
