Everest Academy is a ministry of Everest Family Church in Hayden. We offer freedom along with quality resources, information, activities and support to those homeschooling in Alabama. We believe that the parent has the best interests of their children at heart. We believe that the parent is the first and only teacher that a child needs. In keeping with this philosophy, we wish to be a very hands-off church "cover" school and allow the parent to lead and guide their children in the direction and at the pace they feel is best suited to their children. We ask only for what the law requires while offering support along with quality resources to aid families in their efforts.

Re-enrollment Info

Re-Enrollment with Everest

The school year ends every year on May 31 regardless of your date of enrollment. Each year, to remain enrolled, a family must fill out and send in the re-enrollment form sometime between April 1 and July 31, including the fee for the upcoming school year.  Re-enrollment payments not received by July 31 will not be accepted. Please inform Everest Academy if you plan to enroll somewhere else as we are required by Alabama Law to send an official letter stating that you are no longer enrolled in Everest Academy.

Fee Schedule:
  • Early Bird Re-enrollment:  April 1 - April 30: $90 per family
  • Regular Re-enrollment:  May 1 - May 31: $100 per family
  • Late Re-enrollment:  June 1 - June 30:  $125 per family
  • Really Late Re-enrollment:  July 1 - July 15:  $150 per family
  • Really Really Late Re-enrollment:  July 16 - July 31:  $175 per family
  • NO re-enrollments will be accepted after July 31.  Please note a notice goes into the BOE for all students who do not re-enroll. 

Re-enrollment Payment & Paperwork:
Please note that there are NO REFUNDS after you pay re-enrollment fees.  

Everest Academy will send you the link for the re-enrollment form within 7 days of receiving your payment.  Please contact us after 7 days if you have not heard from us.  Please note, you are not completely enrolled until we receive the signed re-enrollment form.

FYI: You do not have to have a Paypal account to use your debit/credit card.

Re-enrollment - Put in a quantity of "1" for your entire family.

Enrollment Addition - This is a $25 fee to add on students to your already existing family enrollment. The fee is $25 total, not $25 per student.
