Transcripts

From time to time, you may need a transcript generated for various reasons.  Please use the following Transcript Request Forms for requesting official Everest Academy transcripts:

• Grades K - 8: Transcript Request Form
• Grades 9 and up not graduating yet and transferring to another school:  High School Transcript Request Form 
• High School Transcript for students not ready to graduate who are applying for scholarships, dual enrollment, college application, etc:  College Application Transcript (Please note that this is for high school students who are not ready to graduate yet.  If your child is graduating and needs transcripts, please see the link below.)
• Graduating Transcripts (This is your FINAL transcript.)

Please note the following:

• Plan on it taking up to two weeks to receive your transcripts back.  If it is during a busy time of the year (beginning or end of traditional school year), it could take longer. You can pay a "rush fee" to have your transcript returned to you in less than two weeks.   
• A student must be enrolled with Everest Academy and complete a full six weeks of work.  If the student withdraws from Everest and we receive a Request for School Records form from the new school and the student has less than this amount of time with Everest Academy or does not turn in the required reports, we will send a letter stating no work can be verified. 
• Transcripts will only be provided for grades earned while at Everest Academy.  We will not generate a transcript for you reflecting grades earned at another school.
