Emily has accomplished many things in her short life, but one thing she is most proud of is that all of this has been accomplished as a "homeschooler." The night she won the title of "Distinguished Young Woman," one of the first things she said was that she couldn't wait to compete as a homeschooler at the Alabama program and be a representative of how great homeschooling can be. Emily’s after graduation plans include a Bachelor's in Political Science and Communication. College choice depends on scholarship opportunities.
