DISMISSAL
FROM EVEREST ACADEMY
FROM EVEREST ACADEMY
Everest Academy reserves the right to dismiss any family for any reason without explanation or prior notice including any behavior deemed to be inappropriate by Everest Academy including (but not limited to) poor conduct and/or illegal activities, endangering the safety of a child, failure to make payment, policy noncompliance, and/or dishonesty in matters that could affect Everest Academy. We also reserve this right with any family not enrolled in Everest Academy but participating in an Everest Academy sponsored group or activity.
Everest Academy is not currently accepting families who are experiencing any legal issues, including but not limited to, custody issues, DHR involvement, truancy issues, criminal issues, or any other legal issues regarding the family. Failure to reveal this at the time of enrollment is immediate grounds for dismissal. Already enrolled families should reveal to Everest Academy any legal issues as they arise. Failure to do so will result in dismissal on a case by case basis.
